Jennifer Nori
Artist Teacher Writer
I am a multi-medium aritist, teacher and writer based on the Central Coast of California. I have worked with fabric, textiles, copper, stone, wool, flowers, nature, wood, paint, paper, recycled materials, cardboard, the written word, rhythm and more. The arts are a fundamental part of who I am. Infusing my work and surroundings with artistry is a common denominator in my life's path since childhood. I have a degree in Interior Architectural Design and I am a trained Waldorf Educator with a specialty in high school arts curriculum design, development and implementation. I have a passion for teaching rhythm-through-drumming and I am a practitioner of ancestral dialogue as a means to honor the shoulders upon which I stand while bringing truth to the surface of my mixed family lineage of First Nation’s people and European descent.
